At Benzie Design, we want you to love your crafting supplies as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused and uncut materials. If your order isn't a perfect match for your project, our team is here to help you find the right felt, floss, or fabric.
Review Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original, unused condition and were purchased within the last 30 days. Please note that custom-cut lengths and clearance items are final sale.
Contact Support
Send an email to our customer service team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, and include a copy of your packing slip or a note with your authorization number inside the box.
Ship and Refund
Mail your package back to our studio using your preferred carrier; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
